Dynamic in both music and enthusiasm the experienced team are passionate about musical excellence, in particular the human instrument, “The Voice”.
Led by leading vocalist and composer Darren Bartlett this strong line up of highly dedicated professionals are committed to helping young musicians reach their full potential.

MISSION STATEMENT
Our aim is to inspire children and engage our members in meaningful experiences of high-quality music education
with a variety of performance opportunities.
Not only will we enable the children to acquire skills in music education and vocal performance, they will also be part of a team that teaches respect, collaboration, artistic integrity & dedicated effort.We value commitment and believe in having respect for yourself and others at all times.
As a team we will provide limitless support for each child as they grow into confident, compassionate & committed individuals
and develop the understanding that it is in fact the extent of their effort and commitment that will determine the depth of their personal development.
Under our continued guidance each individual will gain a sense of unity & will make many 'Musical Memories' as part of the Dynamix Family!

INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
Individual lessons are available for all age groups including voice development and/or songwriting collaboration. 
Please enquire for personal tuition fees.


AUDITION PROCESS
Dynamix (pronounced Dynamics) - open to children who can sing and meet specific criteria,
therefore children will be required to pass an audition before officially being invited to join Dynamix.
The audition process will consist of a Pitch Test, a Sight Singing Test and each child
will also be required to perform a 2-3 minute song from memory.
Each audition is conducted discreetly and in a sensitive manner and only the nominated
Parent/Guardian will be notified regarding the outcome of the audition assessment.
Each child who passes the audition will be invited to officially enroll.
New members will be required to learn the existing repertoire before
participating in live performances.
Musical decisions and repertoire are solely the decision of the Musical Director.
