DYNAMIX TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DYNAMIX MINIS
A fun filled 45 minutes of singing for children aged 5-11, learning songs they love as well as developing their vocal skills and learning the basics of music.
These children are our future and we want them to excel.
Music will include Disney Songs, Musical Theatre and Pop.
Fees £240 per annum payable by mandatory monthly direct debit at £20 per month over 12 months.
(Please note this is regardless of term timesand sessions are not held during school holidays). Sessions held Thursdays 5.45p.m - 6.30p.m
Each child will be offered the opportunity to attend one free trial session after which an audition must be passed before the child is invited to officially enrol.
Once an invitation to enrol is accepted, a completed enrollment form must be submitted, and direct debit set-up, prior to a child taking part in any subsequent activities.
THE AUDITION PROCESS
Dynamix is open to children who can sing and meet specific criteria.
Children will be required to pass an audition before officially being invited to join Dynamix Minis.
The audition process will consist of a Pitch Test, a Sight Singing Test and each child will also be required to perform a 2-3 minute song from memory.
Each audition is conducted discreetly and in a sensitive manner and only the nominated Parent/Guardian will be notified regarding the outcome of the audition assessment.
Only Children who successfully pass the audition will be invited to officially enrol.
FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY
At regular intervals rehearsals are recorded as part of a progress record. On occasion these videos may be uploaded to social media websites or used as a teaching aid.
Filming & photography take place at live performances (and on occasion during rehearsals) - these are often uploaded to our websites and social media sites.
We ask that consent is given for specific activities, including filming and photography, on the enrollment form.
If your child is taking part in a trial session and you DO NOT wish them to be photographed please do specify before the session begins.

Please Note : Once your child is in attendance at each session, we ask that they remain on the premises and in our care unless there is an emergency, in the event of fire, by previous arrangement or until collected by yourselves or a nominated guardian.
SAFEGUARDING
The Dynamix team operate under specific guidelines put in place to safeguard all members.
Each member of the team holds a Full Disclosure Enhanced DBS certificate.
We are happy to provide you with details of our Safeguarding Policy upon request.
